There’s a balance and a fine art to putting together a post that will catch your eye, give you enough information to inform you a bit about me, and not go on for too long that you’re yawning before you get to the end!  The aim needs to be to get you smiling and thinking “I should hit that chat button and say hi”….so I’m not putting too much pressure on myself then! You can find me at work being the responsible and assertive adult, and then I seem to fall into the same bracket at home too which is why I’m keen to seek out a bundle of energy to match what I have to offer…which is focusing on all of the good things and not always having to be at the call of family or work.

ME: 42 year old married dad of one kid and one dog.  I really think the 4 legged child is harder work and more demanding than my daughter!  I’m in the North West of the UK.  Think Leeds/Manchester/Liverpool neck of the woods and my situation at home isn’t too bad.  We get on and work as a decent team to get through the days…but there’s something missing and I feel I’m chasing that spark that I have had in the past.  Tall, average build (great for a hug) and need to find that reason to let the cheeky smile shine again.  

YOU: Smiles, confidence and your laid back nature. If you’re up in the north west then that’s cool, but it isn’t a dealbreaker at all. I would love to feel that magnetism and buzz from getting to know someone new, being able to feel wanted and have that little sprinkle of attention.

I’m a relaxed guy, and as the years tick by I know more of what I want and more importantly how to communicate it too.  There aren't too many things that wind me up, so hopefully the laid back character is something you like too. I like to run in my spare time, it really allows me to have some headspace and gets me away from everyone in the house hounding me for answers or to make a decision on what’s for dinner!  I’m currently on a bit of a TV binge as we get towards the end of what feels like the longest month!! So Severance and Ted Lasso are my current watches and are both differenly fantastic.  What’s on your watchlist?
