I would say how do you kick one of these off, it has been a while since I last did a post, but after a good bit of time it feels right to go again.  The thing about this voyage is there’s no one to really turn to when it all goes pear shaped!  I’m 41 and a married dad in the north of the UK (that doesn’t mean that you have to be on the same timezone as me).  You can find me at work being the responsible and assertive adult, and then I seem to fall into the same bracket at home too which is why I’m keen to seek out a bundle of energy to match what I have to offer…which is focusing on all of the good things and not always having to be at the call of family or work.

Finding someone who’s comfortable in themselves, confident, likes a random voicenote and plenty of chat covering important things that are happening in your day right down to the little silly things that make you go “I need to tell them this straight away and with no context too”. In a relationship with kids is nowhere near essential but it allows us to share some values and means that we both have “life” to contend with which makes our conversations something to look forward to. Sprinkle in a cute smile and glint in your eye when you have something in your head that you shouldn’t for that moment in time and we’re cooking with gas!

I’m a relaxed guy, and as the years tick by I know more of what I want and more importantly how to communicate it too.  There aren't too many things that wind me up, so hopefully the laid back character is something you like too. I like to run in my spare time, it really allows me to have some headspace and gets me away from everyone in the house hounding me for answers or to make a decision on what’s for dinner!
