I'm 47, but I look quite a bit younger. I regularly get told I look anywhere from 10 – 15 years younger (I got ID’d for alcohol this week which is insane!). If we get chatting I’d like to exchange pics early on so we can see if there’s physical attraction on both sides, so you can judge for yourself what I look like. Might even put a pic on my profile if I’m feeling brave. I'm not a gym rat, but I try to take care of myself and work out several times per week and stay in decent shape, athletic build, long hair. Sense of humour is huge for me as I laugh a lot. I have a decent job, car, live alone, all of the regular life stuff. I take life as seriously as I need to, but I prefer to keep the mood light where possible. Light mood, deep connection.

I enjoy a lot of regular stuff like stand-up comedy nights, music gigs, walks in some nice scenery (or just drives when I’m feeling lazy), but I also want someone who will come stargazing with me, maybe stay up all night watching niche Korean movies because we discovered the genre that day, spend a weekend playing video games and getting lost in an artificial world, get into a debate about how the pyramids were built because we just listened to a podcast on it, sit on the beach at Scarbados and hold hands. I’m responsible for my life and pay my own way, but I’ve also never seen a reason to stop being excited about things, or stop doing things I’ve always enjoyed just because I’m now in my 40’s. I’m a creative person and usually have a few things on the go and never have the time to be truly bored. There’s always something fun to do, but I’d love someone to share things with.

I have to also mention sex. It’s not all I’m about, but I believe it is part of a healthy relationship and an important thing to be compatible on, and we shouldn’t be uptight about talking about it. I’ve always leaned heavily into the kink side of things and I know what I’m about. I’m not vanilla, and I don’t think anyone should be ashamed of who they are. It’s better to put that here than find out 3 months in that we’re not on the same page about sex and it be super awkward! I’m not a fan of labels, but dom-leaning switch would be the closest. I don’t like giving or receiving too much pain (pleasure first, always). My biggest kinks are probably anal ones (definitely not into scat!). Open to experimentation and whatever gets us both off the most at the time. Every dynamic is different so no expectations, but if we get along and start to consider a LTR, then you need to want to switch sometimes. If that doesn’t prove my commitment to equality, I just don’t know what does ;)

I'm based in North Yorkshire. Ideal scenario would be meeting a woman that develops into a LTR, but I'm open to casual arrangements as long as we click.
