My wife and I have been married and we have been together for a long time and we are looking in the future to spice up our sex life. Its always been a bit hit or miss in terms of frequency - on my part mainly. wife has put on weight in recent times too and so she f finds it difficult to feel attractive and wants to lose weight, she is also pregnant so feels very in need of excitement in the bedroom in future when she's lost weight again. I have a fantasy of her wanting to be with a guy which she is aware of but not ready to explore yet. I'm looking to try and seek advice on how to develop our sex life to get us confident to try things with other people in time. Any suggestions are appreciated.
