Hi! Thanks for reading my post. This is probably going to be a long one as I'm looking for something reasonably specific, and I also want to get across what sort of person I am so we're on the same page.

I'm a 29 year old guy from just outside London. I'm 6ft tall, I have blonde hair, blue eyes, and a gingery beard (though I'm umming and ahing about shaving it off at the moment), and a bit of a dad bod. I'm a tech founder, and very experienced in my career. I'm heavily involved in a couple of charities, and I feel strongly about giving back when I can. I'm extremely extroverted and absolutely love meeting new people and attending/organising busy social events.

I am looking for someone who probably fits a fairly small window, which is probably a little bit idealistic but at this point I think fairly necessary. First and foremost, if you suffer with significant social anxiety or you're completely introverted, I'm afraid it's very unlikely we're going to be compatible. I attend an awful lot of social events with a very wide variety of people, and I want someone who I can bring along who'll not just put up with being there, but will actually enjoy it. Outside of that, I am searching for a partner, and what that means to me is someone who will support me just as much as I support them. I have a stressful career, and I throw myself head first into doing things. I will never be the guy who needs to seek approval from his partner, and I am not someone who is easily controlled or manipulated. I believe the foundation of a good relationship is effective communication and joint vision, and that's what I'm looking to build. I want someone kind, considerate, affectionate, and loving, and someone who can be comfortable being themselves.

Physically, it must be said, that I personally have a strong preference for women more towards the petite end of the spectrum. Height doesn't really bother me. I wouldn't usually state it like this, but I feel it's better to be honest now than potentially waste both of our time!

Now, and why I said this is a small window of people (ignoring everything else), there is a more than strong possibility that in the next 18-24 months I will be expanding my company head first into the US market. What that means for me (or potentially us) is that I will likely be spending the vast majority of my time in Austin, Texas on a residency visa, and if we're to be together we would have to consider you doing the same. Whilst I don't see myself spending the rest of my life in the US, I would definitely like to spend a few years there, and this means that if we're serious about getting into a relationship down the line you would need to be someone who is in a career that is either portable enough to get a job in the US easily, can work remotely, or is potentially looking for something more traditional in terms of being a full time homemaker. If the idea of living in Texas doesn't appeal to you, then us getting involved would probably be too complicated.

Outside of work and social stuff, I pack the rest of my life full of hobbies and interests - mostly because I'm pretty much unable to sit still for too long! I sail, ski, motorcycle, shoot, play badminton, read a lot of books, and build things I find interesting. I always have numerous projects on the go, and I love being busy.

There are a few things that I consider dealbreakers, and a few things about me that you might, so I thought I'd list them below to save us some more time!

Things about me you might find are dealbreakers:

• I shoot, and this includes animals. I do this ethically, and only for either food or ecological reasons, and only when properly permitted.
• I sail a lot. I love being on the water. If you get sea sick or you don't like boats, there will be an awful lot of weekends where we don't see each other, which is probably quite pointless.
• The closest thing I can say to describe my politics is libertarianism. I believe in small government, only the most necessary of regulation, and a freedom to do what you like provided you don't negatively affect others or their ability to do the same. Do whatever floats your boat, just don't sink mine.
• I am a modern capitalist. Whilst I believe in things such as welfare and public healthcare because they benefit society as a whole, I am about as far from a socialist as you can reasonably get whilst maintaining a functioning, healthy society.
• I am pro-choice. Yes, I'm aware that this is an unpopular stance in Texas, but its an unfortunate truth of the situation.

Things that are dealbreakers for me:

• People with socialist/communist outlooks are generally incompatible with me or my lifestyle.
• People who take an aggressive stance on environmental politics (e.g. JustStopOil) or an aggressive anti-countryside stance (e.g. align with Chris Packham).
• People with homophobic or racist tendencies (I would hope this would be obvious, but you never know).
• I'm sorry about this one, but I must say it for my own sanity, people who suffer from long term mental health conditions that affect their ability to live their lives. I'm mentally very positive, but supporting someone with a condition of this sort is something I have found to be very draining in the past, and I don't have the capacity for it I'm afraid.
• Anybody who ever things it's acceptable to be rude to service staff. You would think I wouldn't have to write that, but you would be surprised.

Assuming that you've somehow got through all of that and you're still here, I feel I should address the submissive part of what I'm looking for in my post title. I, like many people on Reddit, am here because it's easier to be honest about what it is you're looking for. I am not exactly vanilla in my pursuits, and I need someone who is similarly minded. I am dominant in the bedroom, and also somewhat out of it. Taking the lead comes very naturally to me, I do it all day and it spills into the rest of my life. I am extremely decisive, I know what I want, and I know how to get it. I have experience across various different types of both long term and short term D/s scenarios, and I am very much looking for someone who is interested in such things. I'm happy to discuss exactly what I'm into in regards to this area at length in messages, and I would also be very happy to hear about your personal experience in this area and what you enjoy.
