I posted on here a few weeks ago that I had fell of my bike and sprained my wrist - resulting in being unable to stress release for a few weeks (as my other hand is absolutely rubbish)!
Things are better now and despite some fun conversations about lending me a hand, i had to wait for the recovery for the relief! My wrist is not quite up to full strength yet though, so i get really do with some strengthening activities to help the recovery!
So if there are any females out their who want to help me with some rigorous repetitive actions in between your legs that can help in my wrist recovery, i would really appreciate the support! I am not sure if a physio would advise this approach - but if you are a physio, also do message as i am sure you have some advice x
