I was cycling back from central Friday and got a puncture and went flying. Got a bruised face and a sprained wrist. But it does leave me with a predicament that I have been unable to get myself off for over a week.

So if you are interested in helping me with my regular release, I would be very very appreciative. 6ft, with grey hair and blue eyes. You have complete control as my other hand is effectively useless right now. Based in north London but can travel (not on my bike).

It has been a over a week now and I could really do with a helping hand. Based in North London.

In return I can offer, cake, laughs, coffee and my fingering hand is still working 😋
