Where to start UK

I'm bored of casual and non existent promises I actually want a full on long term maybe more relationship. I'm 55 what age would I match with I'm very young at heart and very fit.

I know of Tinder POF etc etc and I don't know which to invest in I hear Bumble is the only one not owned by match group.

What's does a 45 to 55 year old woman want and seek in a relationship. I still want sex but I want all the other things like company travel shared experiences.
