Hey there!

28M from the UK here looking to meet somebody new! I figured as whilst I don't have a hard time meeting new people, I've always put off dating, or haven’t found anyone who I’ve built a strong connection with to want to pursue something more.

What am I looking for?

I'd love to someone to share new things with; inspire and be inspired by, taking things slow as friends, and hopefully developing into something more if there’s anything there! I’m not looking to force anything though, and I enjoy getting to know people from all walks of life, so friends is also fine too!

A bit about me!

Looks-wise, I'm 5' 10, slim, and have long brown-hair that I keep tied up most of the time and glasses. I also have tattoos and several piercings on my ears / nose. I like to think I have a good taste in fashion, and probably dress a bit more 'alternative'. Happy to send pictures when you message!

My life is pretty stable. I have a decent number of friends who I deeply care about, a 9 year long career as a software developer, my own place, and two cats; Kimchi & Nori. I’m in the best mental headspace right now, and generally love where I am in life.

In terms of personality, I’ve been told I’m kind, empathetic and level-headed. I try to not let my own biases cloud my judgement or world-view, and I like to think I’m open-minded. I’m a pretty calm person, and don’t tend to let things out of my control stress me out, and I much prefer to deal with conflict through listening and communicating openly.

📚 I’m a super passionate person, both in my work and hobbies and get a lot of my fulfilment through learning new things and teaching others, whether it be my coding knowledge, or other areas of interest.

🖌️When I’m not working, I’m usually working on 3D printing or one of my dev / electronics projects. I also recently took my first pottery class, so I’m also hoping to continue, so that I'm able to make my own ceramics! (I'm a sucker for aesthetic homewares and cute lil cups!!). I also love to bring my camera when I’m exploring :)

• I intend on being childfree, so if this is something that’s important to you, then I don’t want to waste your time.

• I intend to move from the UK in the next 3-4 years to somewhere in Europe (probably Berlin /Amsterdam). It might not be forever, but if you intend on staying where you are, then it probably won’t align with some of my goals.
