Bit of a rant really. Forced to go and sit in a my classroom by myself and train all day on teams when I could be at home. Zero human contact allowed, have left my door locked and not sure anyone will notice because no one needs to come in. Only in because the school is clearly run by people with out dated views and an inability to accept staff can work with any sort of autonomy or freedom. Why do the worst people get promoted?
