There are posts and profiles a plenty of people seeking x and wanting y. It’s all a maths game, really. But still: I’m here, you’re here.

You could be new or a lurker or someone who’s tried before. There’s that allure of gold. Hoping to find someone - even your person - even though it sometimes feels life is against you.

There’s been gold before. Sometimes it remains so. Sometimes it becomes fools gold but can’t take away from the time when it seemed real.

So one tries again. I read a lot that it’s not the first rodeo. Having never been to a rodeo before, this is my first one. I’d ask you to show me the ropes but that’s a whole different conversation and one left to when we know each other better.

If you’re good at using words, I’m apt to be seduced. But seduction is only part of the game that involves fun, friendship, flirtation, and more.

Should geography and will allow, more could be on the cards. Surreptitious kisses. Perhaps even allowing our minds to wander to areas long lost and forgotten.

Bottom line: making someone smile. Sharing bits of the day. Some butterflies. A blend of messages and voice. Wouldn’t it be nice to have that and hold onto it for a while? Reawaken a few things?
