Hey I'm Daniel, I'm 33 and I live in north east of Scotland.

I’m just sick of being hurt over and over.

Some of my hobbies include, foraging, seaweed gathering, Terrariums, house plants, cooking etc etc.

I'm not scared to wear my heart on my sleeve and say how I really feel.

my social life has taken a beating over the past few years. I'd love to get out and meet people. Expand my social life to its potential. I've spent the last wee while feeling disconnected from other people and looking to reconnect.

I'm musically minded, all things music! I love going to gigs and loosing myself in my own little world with my headphones in. I read a lot, non fiction like Malcolm Gladwell and Bill Bryson but I'll really read anything.

I used to run a lot but got stuck in a bit of a rut, looking to take this up again. I've also recently taking up fishing. I started because I like to get out into the wild and I do a lot of wild camping(in my hammock). I've been hammock camping for a few years and would love for someone to join me. I have tattoos and a few hidden piercings

I'm a really caring individual and I would do anything for anyone, I did some voluntary work(before covid hit) as a counsellor and also as a first aider at music events. I enjoyed the different walks of life I would encounter and just being able to speak to people. I've got most of my shit together. I work full time. I drive, I have my own wee place in Stonehaven.

I am really affectionate, I like cuddling on the sofa, watching movies together, lazy days planning adventures in bed but also going out for dinner, going for adventures and exploring the world around us.

I've been told I have a really dark sense of humour and I'm usually compared to the class clown when in a group setting.

I'm looking for a really open person who's not scared of being really affectionate towards me. I want to find a person who I can stay up all night talking to, planning adventures and talking about random things with. I'm open to the idea of a long distance relationship if you are not local to me at first and then closing the gap to continue our relationship. Also I'm kinda tired of sending people messages and them ghosting me straight away or receiving blatant scammers/bots messaging me. I'm looking for someone to commit to having a conversation at the start. I dont know why you would upvote someones post or follow them and not message them or dont reply to me when you've followed me.
