This has probably been posted in the past before, so if it has I would really appreciate it if someone could link the discussion here. If not, than any tips on how to play support efficiently? Any survival tips/custom parts recommended to use?

I'm only asking because I love playing the support units in this game, one of my favorites is the Hizack Custom, fell in love with that unit the second I pulled it. It just seems no matter what, I just can't get any better, there will be times I'll play for weeks straight, not playing any other game only to burn myself out at the thought of seeing myself not getting any better. In rank I think I've made it to C ground once, and after that could never reach there again. Any tips and tricks would be really helpful and appreciative, thank you in advance.
