Hello all,

Experiencing an issue where the mouse continually connects/disconnects from my laptop. Had it for around 2-3 years.

I’ve tried: 1. Cleaning it with a Q-tip 2. Removing and re-adding the drivers via the control panel => devices (limited success on one occasion) - it flashes and when it connects it says “driver error” 3. Looking for the device drivers manually on the device manager (didn’t find entries for the mouse) 4. Closing G Hub (can’t find mouse for more than half a second as it connects/disconnects)

I’m getting pretty frustrated with this, unable to test it on another PC as I only have one.

Any support welcome before I bin it.
