Power steering and connectors?

Destroyed this brown clip.
My power steering is stiffer than normal?
I was told could be for the AC but ac runs hot and cold fine.
I bought a new rack and pinion but I really need help getting these wires back together how they are supposed to connect.
I have no experience with wires other than ground and power would one blue go to the black(ground) then the other to the green? I don't want to short anything.
