Futureproof jobs

Some insight from Reddit. I'm looking at a career change. I've spent 15 years in the oil and gas industry, first as a pipefitter and now as a safety manager. I gross about $90k/year at 50 - 70 hours a week. The future is coming and oil and gas will have a limited part in that future. I can see the writing on the wall. I'm looking for a career that I can get perhaps 20 years out of, but the world is going to change so quickly in the next decade and AI and robotics will kill a good number of the jobs. What jobs does the future hold for the next 2 decades for the construction workers out there that will pay near what I make now?
