If a lot of private and governmental transactions is guided, monitored and even automated by smart computers; couldn't we just set up a giant public trust fund for that pays out monthly for every citizen? We'll allow it to "print" whatever it needs, but we also set the accumulation of wealth through the market as a prefered cash flow. Would this work?
