Feels like a year ago AI and Chat-GPT was constantly hyped, and people were saying how X job was in danger of being automated soon. Nowadays, i see more and people people saying GPT-4 is just a chatbot, or giving out more pessimistic timeframes.
We also havenāt seen any major updates or announcements in a whileā¦. Grok 1.5 was released (i think?) and didnāt really live up to peopleās expectations, there have been a few announcements about āX company / person wants to build a super powerful mega AIā, andā¦. thatās about it.
Same goes for life extension. A year ago, everyone was so confident that theyād make it to 150. Nowadays? Not so much,

I know when I go to my local news outlets there will be a series of articles at the bottom of the page that have got to be AI generated. Most of the time the headlines are terribly clumsy with irrelevant photos.
