This is the link for the book Flowers for Algernon. The book is about a man with a learning disability who undergoes a surgery along with a mouse, to increase their IQ. Unfortunately, after the main character, Charlie Gordon undergoes the surgery, he regresses to his old self after having super-human intelligence for a brief time. When will we have surgery to improve our intelligence?
