I’ve been really trying to build myself in the following ways a k1 civilized being would be.
Technological adaptation of cryogenics and free-time actions are still a frustration. For my species, I wished we had an organ that underwent photochemistry in order to provide sensible interfaces to extract energy from the sun and produce feedback from checks on the body’s environment. It would have additional quick release pouches for organs that can print vaccinations or medications into our system when needed - At least to help us control the expenditure of our bodies and reactions to the environment we are exposed to.
The lens that should have been universal to us all, fresnel and solar sails. They were in such infancy. The guide to build my vessel to cryogenically be launched to other spaces or to gather resources to prolong my own sustenance became a difficult life task for the middle and lower classes of us. Sustenance to rise to the level of power that commanded order to the solar system hadn’t emerged yet in the markets.
We hadn’t started on the massive project of tuning planetary light by interference at Lagrange points for star centric solar systems. We hadn’t mastered tuning square footages of light to contain materials launched into space and held by gravity.
The technology built only kept us comfortable in our closest living quarters. We have barely mastered light and gravity. Time Uncertainty certainly still challenged us.
No entity owned the licenses to travel paths in their solar neighborhood. Intelligence was being farmed inefficiently. Rival species were not given the chance to communicate on fair technological levels, let alone farmed for their observations and time.
I found myself consumed with repetitive actions to establish power and direction in any field, but the masters path to building a thousand civilizations wasn’t virtually complete. I focused on building teams of people who would advance one form of every industry, but the conventions of the day made successful encounters difficult.
