Both my stop and limit sell was triggered?

For context this happened this morning at 8:30 am on /mgc Gold mini futures.

I had a buy order placed from last night to scoop up some shares at 1723.

It worked but the dip kept dipping and stopped me out at 1721.

All good no problem. But wait, there's more!

My profit target set up at 1726.6 was also hit AFTER my stop was triggered.

These are OCO orders. While gold rips up I'm still short because of an OCO that wasn't an OCO I'm not even sure. The thing is this isn't the first time this has happened with TD Think or Swim.

A few weeks back the same thing happened all be it I caught it happening in real time and closed it. I'm going to be calling the brokerage today, just wondering if it's time to switch platforms?

Anyone else ever get this before?
