What to do when actual stock material Is slightly shorter than model/stock defined in cam operations?

Basically as the title says , the Cam operations version set up for mdf , which had a very specific height, but I had to give it to plywood and it is different than the Cam operations. I understand we can use top height offset final cut up model. Or do I have to resize the model and regenerate the operation?
