Can Ketoconazole wash break you out more?

I’ve posting on here recently since I have had these itchy bumps on my forehead for nearly 2 months - I’ve seen 3 dermatologists….

The last 2 have both said I have fungal acne, I stopped using all products that were not FA safe and have now been using a ketoconazole shampoo as a wash for the affected area.

Since I started using it, I now have a few more bumps. Some have small whiteheads which the rest do not and never have….

Does it get worse before it gets better? When this first popped up, Opzelura made it go away in a few days…but it always came back and now it’s worse than ever
