Hey
I have a beginner account that is only invested in flagship at the moment. I see in the positions tab that I own "shares" of flagship and they're roughly $13/ea. I also am keenly aware that the broader equities market is super down this year. And I was wondering what happens to determine the price of flagship shares? like the publicly traded REITs are all down this year as well, seemingly somewhat correlated to the broader market.
But fundrise just put out a post talking about how they're up 5% ytd while the market is down -20% ytd ish. so what things go on in the back end that determine the price and what would it take to cause flagship to have a downturn etc?
in other words, what macroeconomic events would move the needle in flagship?
