Should I get started now in July 2022?
Post Body

I've been eyeing Fundrise for quite a while now (almost a year it turns out) but never allocated any money to the fund.

I guess analysis paralysis is what's held be back and also I got burned pretty badly in the overall stock market with a "millenial fintech" company known as Titan investing. I realize the whole market is down but my Titan account was down over 26% when the S&P was only down 14% ish (as an example)

I have often wanted to dabble in real estate passively - not interested in being a landlord per se.

The economy is going nuts of course, but I can't help but wonder if now is a good time to initiate a position and possibly get some good discounts? I already invest in VNQ as well as VNQI but I just really *like* fundrise from a distance.

Do you investors feel confident going forward? What's the main downside you've experienced with Fundrise?
