Raising funds for recovery stay after surgery
Hello all, I have the first stage of RFF phalloplasty (gender affirming surgery) in October and will need a place to stay within an hour of NYU Langone in NYC while recovering. Any little bit helps me offset some costs for lodging as I still have to pay my rent in Maine while I am gone. Unfortunately my insurance doesn’t cover lounging expenses. My partner will be out of work to help take care of me, and I will receive less of my salary while on medical leave.
