The last 3 days I've been losing feeling in my legs and running late to things due to my shits taking anywhere from ΒΌ to Β½ an hour. If I build my core can I squeeze my excrement out like a tube of toothpaste by flexing?

On the toilet currently running on 15 minutes, going to the gym later tonight.
