Where to start FMAB

I finished FMA03 not knowing that they weren’t just different seasons. I of course want to watch FMAB but is there a point where the two really start being different that I can pick up rather than watching from the beginning and pushing through the same story lines. Please don’t just to start from the beginning, they can’t be different enough for me to want to devote time them.
