Hi all,

Looking for advice specifically from UK sellers who make their products here in the UK and sell in international markets on amazon FBA.

I've been having issues shipping to both Japan warehouses and German warehouses (I have a German VAT number btw). Both shipments through UPS I have been utterly unable to get through customs to get it to the warehouse with both being shipped back to me at my cost.

I just want to know how I'm supposed to get my products to an amazon warehouse and if anyone has any advice that would be greatly appreciated. My understanding now is that I need a customs broker?
