Stopping email campaigns and moving to request a review for review requests

Given Amazons recent policy changes I have decided that it is more safe to just do request a review (automated through jungle scout) rather than email campaigns for reviews. Although email campaigns do work, I’d rather stay off of Amazon’s radar if I do something wrong by accident.
Any thought? Are folks thinking the same?
