Seller Fulfilled Prime UPS Issues

One of the companies I consult work, a big seller fulfilled prime customer, had an issue where seller fulfilled prime is forcing all 2 day air shipments to go next day air, due to UPS saying they cant promise anything this week. Is anyone else seeing this?
