Speculation and Rumor about the new brand registry.

Brand registry is closed in the US, and will reopen the last week of April or in May with a new experience.
Anyone have any inside info? I'm curious if we'll finally get brand gating for all, or features that will actually allow us to rid ourselves of these horrible hacked hijacker sellers.
Anyone know what features will be included? Hopefully not just another way to report violations that takes weeks.
