There is something I have noticed and have been told on multiple occasions. Doms wanting advice from other doms but not welling to seek it. The main reason is as a committee it hasn't been done enough for them to feel safe in seeking advice without being ridiculed or told to "figure it out on their own". So I'd like the more experienced doms and subs if you will please. Let the newer or doms that aren't new but still don't seek advice, please let them know it is OK to. It's perfectly fine to have things explained to ask questions. And Subs please don't feel like you don't have a place to speak up. You do if you know something is ify definitely say something. That goes for everyone. Both parties or all parties (switches and versatile peeps you haven't been forgotten.) But ultimately I'd like it to be known that if you aren't sure and have questions we can as a committee talk to each other about things. Anyways stay safe peeps <3
