I downloaded an app to count calories and I'm still 900 short, and I need to know how to bump it up effectively:
- 4 large bananas, 6 small
- 225g raspberries
- 400g black grapes
- 6 satsumas
- 400g strawberries
- 1 small watermelon
The above is for breakfast and lunch.
I'm going to the supermarket later to get some honeydew melons and larger bananas and watermelon for tomorrow. The other issue I'm having is cost per day, and I can't afford organic right now either which is another problem. Plus it turns out I need to buy a filter for my tap water too. I remind myself I can't do everything at once though.
For dinner I will have a large salad, but I fear I'd still be at least 500 calories short, and I'm already a skinny guy at the low end of the healthy BMI.
Any suggestions?
