I'm guessing hunger is normal. My diet has been a car crash for most of my life, but my mind and gut were screaming at me to go vegan and tackle my 21 years of anxiety, depression, 11 years of chronic pains and hairloss, and about 8 years of seborrheic dermatitis.
I've been up for 11 hours and so far I've had 1 whole honeydew melon, 500g black grapes, 400g strawberries (another 400g to go). 4 bannanas, 100g sulatanas.
I'm currently making my way through 8 clementines and along with the strawberries for later I have 6 apples.
It doesn't feel like I'll be getting enough calories, and I don't know how best to bump up the values quickly and efficiently. I feel really hungry. I'm also concerned with how all this fruit is making my teeth feel after eating. No pain or anything, just feels like it's leaving a coating.
I'm a skinny guy, and at the lower end of the healthy BMI for my height. So I want to make sure I approach this in a sensible fashion.
