I use Ibotta to save on groceries, you just pick the store and/or product and then you scan the receipt, once you have enough you can get it in your PayPal or Venmo. The app is easy to use, not intrusive, no ads.
I was surprised when I was shopping at GameStop and I got a notification for a $5 off $50 and I thought that getting 10% off out of nowhere is nice; then today I saw that they have rebates for vodka and wine, some as much as $6 off a bottle. I was already using it to get a decent amount of rebates just off the groceries so the GameStop and the booze coupons (booze and groceries are different in my state because only state owned stores sell wine and liquor) were a nice extra and hopefully a sign of things to come for this app as it expands into additional markets.
Happy upcoming year, everyone!
