I'm in a situation where I don't have much access to crazy recipes. I just need something simple that I can eat to get protein and other nutriets. For dinner I was thinking eggs, lunch can maybe be some cooked chicken, and for dinner just broccoli and beef. What is the most cost effective way to get food that lasts though, because I feel eggs runs out and is pretty high cost. What other foods can I eat to simply not starve but also save the most money? Essentially: food to buy to survive the apocalypse if I had to be locked up in my house for 6 months?
