FODMAP healthy foods/meals?

I love my almonds, tomatoes, cabbages, broccoli… but they don’t love me!
I often make homemade butter chicken (or chickpeas) from scratch, or tomato soup but my body just can’t handle it anymore. Also celiac, which is a bummer as well.
Does anyone have any recommendations for frugal foods that fall into the FODMAP restricted diet that I can make in bulk?
