Hello,
I'll be relocating from Bangladesh to Toledo, Ohio next week for my graduate studies. I am, in general, a frugal enthusiast and now more so since I will have to live on the meager graduate school stipend. What are some general tips for all things, food, clothes, household items etc that you can give me in order to adjust to life overseas in a frugal way?
