The mechanisms through which our organization shall function is through the establishment of local bureaus under the National Command who shall through patronage and bribery create a system of informants. This will allow us to collect information on trade union agitation and socialist nationalist organizers. All national postal and telegraph communications shall be routed through the Gestapo’s offices, searched and those found to be of note surveilled or detained in secret prisons.

In the Alps of Austria, we shall finance the conversion of facilities into holding centers and academies to train our operatives in best practices from experienced police officers who have done critical undercover work. Furthermore, the Gestapo will cooperate with the Evidenzbureau on counterintelligence and share personnel and resources to mutually enhance our operations.

We must develop a modern security apparatus if we are to endure the coming tribulations of the national question. It is through ruthless and decisive action that we can answer the national question in a manner that we find suitable.
