Although in one instance, the Russians did manage to get the ear of a known local secessionist he quickly shut the agents down when he realized they were more interested in Finland rejoining Russia, rather than it becoming free. Meanwhile, Swedish authorities remain blissfully unaware of the Russian activity in Finland |
