Is it normal to not get wireframes or design mockup for your tasks?
Post Body

I joined a new company and here they just provide me bullet points for what they want. It's super hard to visualize them in my head.

In all the previous companies, i either received a rough sketch or a high fidelity interactive design mockups (Figma) from the UI/UX designer or the product manager.

Here, there are only two frontend devs and two backend devs and one team manager. No design person and no product manager.

Is this normal? How would you do your best work as a frontend dev if you are unable to get design mockups? Would you create them yourself?
