The winter has shown itself to be surprisingly mild in nature. Bodies of water below 2000m will not freeze this season. Land below 1000m will see only traces of snow, if any at all.
Construction projects will not be slowed during this time. Planting season will start earlier than is typical. The possibility of a double-harvest year is eagerly awaited by the farming communities.
