Hi all,
I am looking for some help with budgeting, I have ADHD and it was only recently diagnosed as an adult, now that I am on medication I’m finding it easier to control my impulse buying and for the first time was actually able to spend the time needed to setup Frollo and give it the mental focus it needs.
Anyway, I don’t understand how to put things in that I need to buy next month but are not a regular bill. Example, next month I need to order a 45Kg gas bottle for my water heating. I have 2 bottles one currently being used and the other empty so I need to replace it. There are other purchases I need to make, so how do I plan for these purchases while making sure I don’t over spend? I have a very difficult time keeping track of my bills so I need away to basically say “ok next month I will be spending X amount total on bills and necessary items” that way I know I should not spend on unnecessary items that month..
Does that make sense?
