Edit: to say I submitted on the 10th when concur was open for submitting again so last week, last Tuesday and it got approved and the audit trail says it was submitted for payment and paid out EFT transfer all on that same day. I know before it used to take a week, that next Tuesday for the payment to actually hit your accounts. But my mileage used to be in there religiously the following Tuesday after I submitted my claims***
Anyone have any issues since they updated Concur? You couldn't submit a claim til the 10th. I put in a. Claim for the rest of what I was owed to date from the end of December thru the first week of this month. It was like $80-$90 some.
It got approved and on the audit trail it says it's been paid out
Usually the payment is in there first thing Tuesday morning for me. But it's not in my bank yet. And on concur the new updated system says (successful EFT transfer) .... I know MLK Day was yesterday and a bank holiday the banks weren't open, maybe that's got everything delayed at least a day? All I know is my money is floating out there somewhere.
I didn't know if they messed something up when they updated Concur and fudged my account # when they updated or what. Payroll has my direct deposit info for my normal pay checks and I never had to do anything special with Concur before. I just submitted my reimbursement for my mileage and they automatically direct deposited it into the same bank account they have for my normal payroll.
I dunno if I should just chill out and wait, see if it shows up later today or tomorrow (in case the banks have everything pushed back due to being closed for MLK Day yesterday.) But like online on concurs site it says it's successfully been transferred into my account. But I'm not seeing it. It says it's been Paid out/EFT transfer. So like where the hell is my money
