I have a very close friend in uni. She's a very sweet, shy, vanilla girl and I find her cute. She's been my friend for almost 4 years but I've only recently become her "bestie". We started texting each other extensively everyday and I started developing feelings for her. I tried to test out if she had feelings for me by subtly flirting, and she friendzoned me instantly. Worried I might be annoying her, I asked if she wanted me to stop flirting with her, to which she said "No, I like the things you say about me bestie, never stop". Which makes me feel like she loves the attention, and I'm all in for it. I love simping for her while she dismisses me as just another beta loser who has no chance with her. 4. On her birthday, on the way to the mall in a cab, she had to sit extremely close to me since half of the seat had something spilled on it. This led to us pretty much rubbing the side of our bodies together for the entire 30min ride. I get turned on by physical touch, combine that with the girl I'm into talking about how she's never had a kiss and wants me to find someone for her to kiss and you've got a recipe for a hard boner.

I highly doubt she knows I get turned on by being friendzoned. But she certainly enjoys the attention and simping. I do not want to potentially ruin the friendship or make her awkward by opening up about my fetish.
