Am I a terrible friend for not liking what my friend of over a decade got me for my birthday?
Post Body

My friend and I have our birthdays days apart, hers is a few days before mine. We usually go shopping together for gifts (other birthdays close together and our other friend shares a birthday with one of us). I took note of what she liked while we were out and I went back to get them for her gift which she was delighted over. I thought that she would do the same. My birthday came around and she came over to give me my gift. I'm usually one to be happy with whatever I get because I appreciate the thought behind the action (heck I got a can of Pringles from another friend and was over the moon) but this time I was pretty disappointed. I expected more from someone who knew me for so many years.

She got me a set of perfumes which smelt really nice, but I'm sensitive to smell. I always mention that I don't wear fragrances because of my allergies and strong scents can be a migraine trigger. I received perfume 5 years ago and I only finished it this year because I use it as air refresher lol. She also got me one of those 3D puzzle kits and it has 2000 pieces. I sorted half of the colors the other day and after that I was pretty much done with it. She loves to build them and I love to see what she builds, but I don't have an interest in them. I've never been much of a puzzle person, probably because of my ADHD. I don't have much patience for some things, puzzles being one of them. Lastly were a pair of cute Christmas pajama pants which I love. I tried my best to fake happiness but I was pretty disappointed. I'm not sure if it showed or not. Should I tell her? Should I wait a while before telling her? Or do I not tell her at all? It just feels like my interests weren't considered this time round and I feel like a jerk for thinking that way.

Edit- this is the first time something like this has happened. From childhood up to last year gift giving has been pretty spot on
