There is a guy that I have been talking to that I really enjoy but I’m definitely not attracted to romantically at all. It started out as him asking me out and I told him “sorry I’m not interested in dating.” He said that it’s totally fine and continued to text me, which surprised me. We still talk a lot and I do want to hang out with him, but just as friends. I have told him several times that I’m not interested in dating, and he never seemed bothered by it. I am pretty desperate for friendship at the moment, I am newish to the area and don’t know anyone. Not saying I wouldn’t consider being friends with him if I weren’t desperate for friends, he seems like a super nice guy, I just don’t want to give up a potential friendship just because he probably has a crush on me. But if it’s wrong to do, I will give it up. What do you guys think I should do? Thanks!!
