So I'm a fan of dead by daylight and a friend suggested I give this a try. I find that I cannot hear people or be heard using the in game voice chat. As far as while playing the game I do understand it seems like you have to be near another player or have a walkie talkie to use voice chat. Most games have an indicator when you and or other talk as does this game. I don't see my indicator appear when I talk but I do see others indicators pop when they are talking but I hear no voices. As far as out of game and sitting in a lobby waiting to start I imagine I should be able to hear others no matter what and they should hear me. I see other people's mica light up even with clearly 2 people conversing ( on mic lights up then the other and back and forth) instill not hearing them nor can they hear me. Also before you go there yes my headset works just fine, 3 other game in game chat tested no problems as well as playstation party chat. Any help would be appreciated.
