Do people even “play” the game anymore?

It seems like nowadays that the only point of playing this game is to be Jason, because lobby after lobby, the counselors refuse to even attempt to escape. They leave doors wide open, instead of taking the gas or battery to cars, they just pick it up and drop it on the map. Or they just focus on getting Jason into rage mode 2 mins into the game by hitting him repeatedly. It’s so infuriating to go match after match and the whole lobby gets killed because nobody even tries to fix anything. Is this just on PlayStation?? Xbox and PC are y’all dealing with this too?
